~Gnocchi in Hawai'ian Vanilla Browned Butter~
Prepare gnocchi according to package instructions in one pan and in another, brown 2 tbsp per person of butter. Add 1 tea vanilla extract per person to browned butter, Hawai'ian vanilla salt & pepper to taste, pinch of nutmeg & add cooked gnocchi to butter for 5 minutes. Top w/sour cream, chives & edible orchid. Or add a squeeze of fresh lemon or lime, serve with fish!
